If the supervisor agrees, we reach out to the chosen artist and discuss the project details, such as the concept, timeline, and budget. We make sure to provide them with all the necessary information and materials to effectively create the artwork. Throughout the week, I keep track of the progress and regularly communicate with the artist to ensure everything is going smoothly. This includes reviewing sketches, providing feedback, and making any necessary adjustments. Once the artwork is finalized, it gets handed over to the design team, who will incorporate it into the print advertisements. Finally, we review the advertisements for any last-minute changes or improvements before they are ready for publication. It"s a challenging but rewarding process, as I get to work with talented artists and contribute to the success of the advertising campaign.
